Sort transactions in Review

New bank activity waits in Review. Columnwell suggests a category for most of it; confirm with one tap, or pick a different one, and it learns from what you choose.

Steps

1. Open Review. Items with a suggested category show it next to the amount.
2. Accept the suggestion, or choose another account or category.
3. To split one bank line across categories or companies, open it in Review and split it.
4. Work one company at a time with the company picker when you have several.

Good to know

• What you choose becomes a rule for next time. Every rule shows where it came from, and you can undo it on What Columnwell knows.
• Nothing reaches a company's books until its bank account is assigned to that company on Banking.
