Run reports and send your accountant a package

Reports has profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and more, on accrual or cash basis. For your accountant, build an export package: a frozen, hashed set of the books and evidence for a tax year.

Steps

1. Open Reports and choose the company, the dates, and accrual or cash basis.
2. Download the general ledger, trial balance or journal as CSV from the same page.
3. For your accountant, choose a company and a tax year under export packages and build one. Send them the package file.

Good to know

• You can invite your accountant to their own sign-in instead: Settings, Workspace access, role Accountant.
• A package never changes after it is built, so you both know exactly what was sent.
